Supplemental Fig. 5 from Nickles et al. (2026). Number of non-Saccharomycotina Ascomycetes species predicted to encode crmA-type pathways. The counts differentiate between species containing a full predicted crmA BGC (as defined by the reference BGC in A. fumigatus) and those containing only the core signature genes (crmA ICS and associated NRPS-like gene, either split or fused).
